Diet Councelling
Burn 'N' Sweat has the professional expert dietician. They design diet program carefully over many years to incorporate what works best to achieve these goals. Our program includes an individualized diet, professional help, the right nutritional balance for long-term weight control (not just a quick fix), tracking and monitoring programs because these are proven to be key to weight control. As new science provides new proven evidence, we'll include this in our program. Our technology has enabled us to reach more people more efficiently and allows us to keep on top of the latest proven research in nutrition and diet. To help our members with the busy schedule we have decided to provide you the best convenient time. It doesn’t matter if you want to work out in the early morning or late night or anytime in the afternoon. Our opening hours are from Morning: 7 am to 12 am | Evening: 5 pm to 10 pm.
